Our client is seeking a skilled Chef to join their café located in Shepparton, Victoria.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·Ensure that all dishes meet high-quality standards and are served promptly.

·Create and develop recipes, determining the presentation of each dish.

·Plan menus while maintaining a focus on meal quality and diversity.

·Estimate food consumption and initiate requisitions or purchases accordingly.

·Oversee each department's daily orders based on par stock levels for the following day.
