Blue Arrow is working closely with the client to find a reliable and caring Chef for a retirement village in Milton Keynes.
This role is ideal for a Chef who enjoys preparing fresh, homemade meals and is looking for a better work‑life balance, while making a positive difference for residents.
The Role
Position: Chef
Hours: 30 hours per week (some evenings and weekends)
Pay: £14.78 per hour
Location: Milton Keynes
Key Responsibilities
Preparing homemade, traditional meals
Providing residents with a variety of nutritious meal choices
Supporting kitchen operations and following HACCP standards
Preparing menus within budget while maintaining high quality
What We're Looking For
Experience in a similar kitchen or care‑based environment
Strong kitchen standards and attention to detail
A QCF / NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
