Aussie Little Lamb Restaurant, located in Redcliffe QLD is experiencing an exciting growth. We are looking for a dynamic full time Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen located in Redcliffe Queensland.

Chef job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
2. Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
3. Hire, train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers.
4. Demonstrated ability to organise a kitchen team within a busy environment
5. Plan and design menus.
6. Operate within the guidelines set by the state for food handling.
