Our client Mermaid Beach Surf Life Saving Club / Merlina's Restaurant is located right in the heart of the Gold Coast on Hedges Avenue and is looking for a qualified chef to join their team. The Surf Club at Mermaid offers premium customer service with amazing food, they have a history spanning more than 75 years and have won the most prestigious award “Australian Surf Club of The Year 2022”.

About You:

To join their team you will have a proven track record working in busy kitchens within a high volume casual dining environment.
