The Venue
Welcome to Coogee Pavilion, or as the locals call it ‘The Pav’. Made up of three floors, the venue offers a range of dining experiences. The Ground Floor delivers casual dining, from fresh oysters and wood-fired pizza to family-friendly meals. The kitchens operate at scale while maintaining quality and consistency, offering exposure to high-volume service, premium produce and well-structured systems.
Working at The Pav means being part of a large, supportive brigade, learning how to deliver to a high standard in a fast-paced environment and building strong foundations that will set you up for long-term growth within the industry.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time Commis, Demi or CDP to join the teams on the Ground Floor. This role suits developing chefs who enjoy working in large teams and thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments.
