Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation, with flexibility to support front‑line duties for hotel guest meals, meetings, public catering functions such as weddings and conferences.
• Manage and direct a unionized team of up to 6 cooks and dishwashers.
• Implement and lead compliance on all Aramark operating standards, legislated standards, including company policies and procedures, Health and Safety Standards and Safe Food Handling.
• Develop operational forecasts for each period and analyze variances in costs and operational activities.
• Oversee staff scheduling and monitor daily labour metrics.
• Manage inventory controls, including food, labour and direct costs.
