This nursing home provides a range of care services, including: nursing care, dementia care, residential care, respite care, end of life care, and convalescence care

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2-3 in Food preparing and catering

As a Chef your key duties include:

• Undertake menu planning in consultation with residents and Manager
• Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of all food in accordance with agreed menus
• Ensure menus are displayed showing choices
• Ensure individuals on special diets or with specific cultural needs are catered for and that choice is also available
