Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to BaxterStorey recipes and standards, ensuring food safety compliance.
• Maintain high quality standards, ensuring presentation and taste meet expectations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support colleagues as needed.
• Collaborate with the Regional Head Chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation.
