- Ideally you will have a good knowledge of all areas of kitchen food preparation.
- A high level of pride in your work and a desire to improve.
- Willing to learn from an experienced team.
- Flexible and adaptable to work.
- Strong lines of communication skills with the kitchen team as well as with the management structure.
- Be motivated about delivering fantastic cuisine and driving the business forward.
