Key Responsibilities
Culinary & Catering Duties
· Prepare and serve fresh, nutritious meals for up to 50 employees.
· Plan simple, balanced menus while managing portion control and minimizing food waste.
· Ensure meals are prepared and served timeously in line with operational requirements.
Budget & Procurement Management
· Manage the catering and hospitality budget effectively.
· Order groceries and consumables in line with approved budgets.
· Monitor stock levels, conduct basic stock control, and report shortages or equipment issues.
· Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality or food safety standards.
Housekeeping & Hospitality Oversight
· Oversee kitchen, cafeteria, and hospitality-related housekeeping standards.
· Conduct regular housekeeping inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
