We're looking for an experienced full-time Chef with a genuine understanding of Greek cuisine to join our Whitfords restaurant. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, motivate and coach cooks and kitchen team members

• Uphold high standards of safety and professionalism across all kitchen operations

• Manage costs related to goods, labour and expenses within agreed targets

• Provide monthly reports to the procurement team on stock, inventory, purchasing and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene and food safety policies and legislation
