The Role You will be a key member of the catering team to ensure that the catering operations runs smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will prepare, cook and serve food for approx. 1200, always adhering to procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks and allergy management.
