The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection‑moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, to metal and plastic components. Our goal is to produce as many parts in‑house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

- Leadership and further development of the team of specialists in commercial order processing and shipping
- Responsibility for the timely order processing (Sales Order Processing) from order receipt through shipping planning and coordination to invoicing
