Chef de pharmacie

This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering Rx accurately and on time. The role ensures adequate inventory levels to meet patients’ needs, provides counseling with appropriate documentation, and promotes friendly, proactive interaction with all customers. It also supervises staff and maintains the financial and operational success of the department.

Proof of OCP Licensure Required – submit OCP License number with application.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and provide guidance and direction to pharmacy staff.
• Hire, manage performance, and coach all pharmacy staff.
• Create pharmacy schedules and arrange vacation and shift coverage.
• Ensure financial and operational success of the pharmacy department.
• Obtain and review budgeted sales and net contribution of the pharmacy to the grocery store.
