Working Environment

Lexington at LG Weybridge is looking for a cauel Chef to cover the Kitchen team as and when requried. Great working enviroment, Great Team, Great Location. 

Your key responsibilities as the Chef will consist of:

Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients

Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures

 To produce and present consistent high standards of food 

To assist maintaining all legal health, hygiene, and safety records

Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen

To carry out all reasonable tasks expected by management
