Job Description
Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Must have at least 2 years chef experience and experience in professional cookery.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Working with the head chef on menu development
• Food preparation.
• Commercial cookery
• Working on varied types of dishes, mains and sides
• Helping with the training of any new junior level chefs.
• Helping in the management of kitchen health and hygiene procedures
• Cooking food to the correct specifications
Salary per annum 30,000 Euro
