Role: Chef de Partie
Location: Lympstone Manor, between Exeter and Exmouth
Salary: £34,000 plus Tronc (£7,500) per annum
Hours: Full time 48 hours over 5 days a week
Relationships: Kitchen, Restaurant and Housekeeping team

Chef de Partie responsible for managing their section, collaborating with senior staff to deliver high quality dishes, using outstanding local produce. The position is hands‑on and requires pride in craft, teamwork, and continuous learning.
