We are looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie - Pastry who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Pastry kitchen. In this role, you will oversee the kitchen section and ensure that it runs according to the performance standards and all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to the standard recipes. You will be responsible to organize the set-up the kitchen as effectively as possible, monitor food and operating costs, and manage and reduce wastage.
