We’re looking for two talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partis to join our vibrant Scarlet Kitchen team, part of our award‑winning, adult‑only luxury hotel on the Cornish clifftops. Across both roles, you’ll help craft beautiful, sustainable dishes that celebrate the best of local produce.

One of these positions will focus on the pastry section, so we’re particularly keen to hear from chefs with substantial pastry experience, confident in creating refined, elegant desserts that complement our seasonal menus. The second role is ideal for a skilled all‑round CDP ready to grow within a supportive, people‑focused environment.
