Chef de Partie

This is a temporary Chef de Partie role at Avery Healthcare's Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow. The role involves supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team, preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, and ensuring cost-effective stock control to minimise waste.

Main duties of the job

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive and high-quality culinary service to the residents. This will involve preparing meals, maintaining stock control, and participating in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments to discuss catering functions and address special needs or dietary requirements.
