Chef de Partie

Brewery Arts is a vibrant cinema, live arts venue, creative learning hub, restaurant and bar in Kendal, Cumbria.

We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie who is committed to preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistent standards of food presentation and uphold hygiene standards. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the Lead Chef by supporting other staff and help maintain smooth service during busy periods.

• Have working knowledge and experience of a busy kitchen environment?
• Know how to utilise your time effectively and make every effort to support other members of the kitchen staff?
• Have a passion for food and presentation?
