Casa Vostra is a premium quick-serving Italian restaurant known for quality ingredients, bold flavours, and an energetic dining experience. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment , enjoys teamwork, and has a strong foundation in Italian cuisine , particularly pasta and/or pizza .

• Manage and run an assigned kitchen section efficiently during service

• Prepare and execute Italian dishes, with a strong focus on pasta and/or pizza

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to Casa Vostra standards

• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail

• Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen preparation
