Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Stirlingshire.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £29,785
Hours: 40 per week
Location: Dollar, Scotland
Institution: private co‑educational day and boarding school catering for 550 students and teachers daily. Free parking is available on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Work well in a team of chefs providing catering services to pupils and teachers.
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company’s brand standards.
• Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled.
• Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
• Work a 5‑day rota, with weekend Boarding House feeding when required.
