Job Description
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen and maintaining the high standards expected within Wellington College. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes to an exceptional standard
- Supporting the Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Assisting with food preparation, service, stock control, and food presentation
- Ensuring food is prepared with care and attention, particularly around allergens and dietary requirements
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Assisting with stock ordering, stock rotation, and deliveries
- Supporting the setup and delivery of hospitality events, themed days, and special functions
