We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to be part of a passionate brigade, led by a top chef and passionate owners. The Chef De Partie will ensure high standards of efficiency in the running of their given section, delivering amazing quality dishes to a Rosette standard and inputting ideas for the weekly and seasonal menus.

The Perks

• Salary package of £42,000
• £32,000 basic + £10,000 in service
• Working alongside a top chef and established team
• 4 days on 3 days off.
