We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our busy pub-style restaurant and hotel located in the heart of the New Forest.

Our venue is food‑led, well‑established, and hosts a high volume of weddings, events, and hotel guests , alongside a strong à la cartetrade.

The Role

• Chef de Partie position in a professional, fast‑paced kitchen
• Working 40 hours per week , 5 days out of 7
• Weekends included
• Hands‑on role covering service, prep, and events
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy wedding and event services
