Chef de Partie

We are a creative, busy cafe located on the outskirt of Cork City and we are looking for a committed a Chef de Partie to join our Team.

The ideal candidate will need to be organised and and communicate well with the rest of the team. He or She must be able to deliver high quality, consistent, large volumes of food from scratch, following our House recipe book.

Candidate must have a genuine interest in global, modern cuisine and be willing to learn how to apply classic techniques in a cafe environment. Ideal candidate would have physical and mental drive coupled with a jovial and respectful nature.

This position requires weekends availability.

We are 7 day food service operation, no evening shift, weekend off rotation.
