Chef de Partie

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat, where we take pride in creating dishes that delight our guests and keep them coming back.

Using your excellent cooking skills, you will run your own section in the kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the highest standards, whilst working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef. You will also have the chance to use your creativity to help develop exciting new menu items.

You will be a key member of a busy and passionate kitchen team, ensuring that our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Alongside maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety and stock management, you will also support the development of junior chefs and apprentices, sharing your knowledge and inspiring the next generation.
