The Thatchers is a busy, quality-led pub and restaurant in the heart of Hatfield Heath, and we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We will consider both full and part time applicants.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who is passionate about fresh food, takes pride in their work, and is looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining your designated section during service.
• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes to specification.
• Ensuring food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Assisting with stock control and stock rotation.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team.
• Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
