Job Summary:
The Chef De Cuisine – Saudi Cuisine is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Saudi kitchen operations. This role ensures the authenticity, quality, and consistency of traditional and modern Saudi dishes while delivering an exceptional dining experience. The position requires strong leadership, creativity, and deep knowledge of regional Saudi cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Saudi dishes.
- Design and develop menus that reflect the diversity of Saudi regional cuisines (Najdi, Hijazi, Southern, Eastern).
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
