Job Description
This position requires a minimum of two years kitchen management experience in a quality, high-volume restaurant (AOS degree in Culinary Arts and ServSafe certification is a plus). The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, great palate, and an eye for detail. This individual should possess strong leadership and communication skills, sense of urgency, and an ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively. At Chickadee they value ambition and enthusiasm over experience and are more interested in finding the right people.
Annual salary for this position is $80k – $90k and based upon experience. Other benefits include: employer-matched health insurance, two weeks paid vacation after year one, employee dining program, and complimentary shuttle service between North and South Stations.
