Under the direction of Chef-Owner Luciano Del Signore, this restaurant is a tribute to the artigianato (craftsmanship) of Italy. Our kitchen is dedicated to the intersection of regional tradition and modern technique—where handmade pasta, pristine whole-fish preparations, expertly cooked cuts of meat and the seasonal bounty of Michigan are handled with obsessive precision.
