• Cooking and preparing a variety of traditional Sri Lankan cuisines using traditional methods and recipes, such as rice and curry, kottu, hoppers, seafood, and short eats.

• Organising menus and creating new recipes while taking into account client preferences, seasonal ingredient availability, and authenticity.

• Overseeing and managing kitchen personnel, such as cooks and kitchen workers, to guarantee effective workflow during meal preparation and serving times.

• Ensuring that every dish produced satisfies strict requirements for presentation, taste, quality, and portion management.
