We are now seeking to recruit an experienced Chef and a detailed-oriented Cook who are keen to demonstrate and develop their skills to join our dynamic kitchen in Bankstown, NSW.

Chef:

As a Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen's daily operations, ensuring exceptional food preparation and presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety across the following tasks:

1. Determining production schedules and staff rosters to ensure the dine-in and take away segments of the food preparation function are well-staffed across a seven-day trading week;
