Zeppo`s is an Italian restaurant based in Clyde, Melbourne. It is looking to employ a full-time chef. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -

1. Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
2. Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
3. Planning menus per the restaurant’s requirements, including dishes such as Chicken Parmigiana, Fritto Calamari, Grilled Atlantic Salmon (GF), Porterhouse Steak, Rib Eye Steak, Zeppo Meat Platter, etc.
4. Estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies accordingly
5. Discussing food preparation issues with managers and all other relevant staff
