Job Title: Chef – Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bridgwater

Job Type: Full Time | 40 Hours | 5 Days a Week (including evenings, weekends & bank holidays)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook exceptional dishes for all areas of the hotel, with a primary focus on the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse
• Deliver food to the highest standards, consistently meeting our strict Brand Standards
• Work full-time, 40 hours per week, over 5 days from 7—no split shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar chef role is preferred, but full training will be provided
• A genuine passion for producing impeccable, high-quality food every day
• A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
