• Set-up kitchen for the day's business by preparing necessary equipment, utensils and food ingredients etc. at work stations.

• Prepare customers' orders according to standard recipes and procedures.

• Perform food safety and work safety rules and policies at all times.

• Prepare food ingredients for next day operations.

• Store all food products/ ingredients at the end of the day.

• When necessary, order food items/ ingredients/ dry goods through supplier.

• Perform general washing and cleaning duties, and proper upkeep of work station, equipment and facilities sanitary.

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties according to schedules.

• Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
