Our client Gilbert Street Hotel is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join their kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to menu development in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard

·Assist in menu planning and development

·Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

·Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with regulations

·Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies

·Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
