 SUMMARY:  
This position will suit a candidate with previous experience in a lodge who works well under pressure, is creative, enthusiastic, organized and can think independently    POSITION INFO:  
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS     Chef/Culinary/hospitality qualification advantageous  
 Minimum of 3 years proven experience as Executive Chef/ Head Chef  
 Previous experience with cooking European dishes  
 Excellent record of kitchen and staff management  
 Computer literate  
 Valid driver’s license
