Cheese Tower Sealer Palletizer Operator - 8pm-8am

**Job Description**
**General Purpose:**

The Tower Sealer Palletizer works in the Cheese department rotating between three workstations: bagging finished cheese blocks, sealing of the cheese package and palletizing finished product.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
+ Operate a forklift, moving cheese from production area to the warehouse cooler
+ Run Beta Vac / bag sealer with no leakers
+ Weigh blocks, place label tickets on blocks and boxes
+ Operate and validate metal detector
+ Operate boxer and palletizer (Robot)
+ Tower operation
+ Maintain operating records (Block Counts)
+ Perform necessary routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
+ Master sanitation as needed
