This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, multi‑disciplinary practice offering genuine autonomy, technical variety, and long‑term progression.

We’re looking for an MRICS or AssocRICS Building Surveyor with at least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience to work independently across a broad mix of residential and commercial projects.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will work independently across a broad range of residential and commercial properties throughout Southampton, Salisbury, Bournemouth, the New Forest, and occasional UK‑wide sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building and condition surveys
