Chartered Accountant

Winsome Group is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant for its Pune office at Viman Nagar. The primary focus of this role will be RERA compliance and documentation, statutory compliance, taxation, audits and financial reporting for real estate projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage RERA compliance and documentation, including project cost records, fund utilization details, certificates, compliance reports and regulatory submissions.
• Manage banking relationships, including fund transfers and account operations, in accordance with RERA rules and regulations.
• Ensure complete statutory compliance, including taxation, GST, TDS, audits, accounting standards and other applicable financial regulations.
• Prepare, review and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow reports and management reports.
