Department Operations Reports To Founder / Head of Operations Location Noida HQ + Field Travel Across Gym Network Role Objective To ensure every WTF Gym remains fully operational, safe, member-ready, and complaint-free by building a robust infrastructure, maintenance, technician, and vendor ecosystem. This role is accountable for the complete lifecycle of gym infrastructure—from site acquisition support and new gym launches to preventive maintenance, breakdown management, facility audits, vendor performance, and asset management. Success in this role means members never experience operational disruptions due to facility failures.
