We are seeking an experienced Chargehand – Painting to supervise and coordinate painting and blasting activities at site for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate will assist the Site Superintendent in managing manpower, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily painting and surface preparation activities

• Guide painters and blasting crew at site

• Ensure work execution as per project specifications

• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity

• Ensure proper mixing and application of coating materials

• Maintain discipline and safety compliance among workers

• Coordinate with QC inspectors for inspections

• Report daily progress to Site Superintendent

• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained
