About the role
As a Chargehand, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our Shift Manager and Production Supervisor to coordinate and train floor staff. You’ll help maintain our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, ensuring our packhouse runs smoothly and our team delivers outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate packhouse floor staff between areas and lanes.
Train general floor staff in their roles.
Liaising with quality staff.
Supervise staff in line with our values.
