Coordinate daily staff assignments based on patient needs and unit priorities, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.Utilize the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to accurately document and communicate patient information, supporting informed clinical decision-making and continuity of care.Assist with or perform patient examinations and procedures, documenting all interventions in the EMR in a timely manner.Administer or assist in the administration and proper documentation of medications in accordance with established protocols.Develop, implement, and uphold nursing standards to ensure consistent high-quality patient care.Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, support both patients and clinical staff.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
