Job Purpose

To achieve the sales and collection targets for the assigned parties and area for assigned products.

Job Context: Being there in the end level of the chain and interacting with the clients requires us to portray ourselves better every time. Given with targets needs to bring new customers and to take efforts to retain the existing customer base. Any issue with quality/supply/production is:
Rooted through us and needs to be addressed up to the satisfaction of the customers.
Job Specific :1. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales target 2. To achieve segment wise sales in all segments which includes project, govt and retail 3. To reduce the no.of credit days and bring it within credit limits. 4. Collecting all the critical payments and bring them to nil The major challenges for the job is 1. Achieving the targets consistently and executing it to the satisfaction of the customers.
