+ Define MT Channel growth driver and category prioritization by customer by format in order to develop MT Channel plan and initiatives to achieve business KPIs
+ Initiate Nestle corporate theme and Customer specific plans by cluster to drive MT Channel growth and Shopper engagement by turn shopper insight and category growth drivers into action and execute through OMNI channel approach
+ Develop clear execution and activation guidance to ensure alignment of customer specific plans within overall channel strategy and plan i.e. MT Tailored made promotion, Nestle corporate theme. Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share, and ROI on trade investments.
