Job Description

As a Change Request / Release Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of changes and releases for SEM / SEM Pro and related Commerce systems. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Architects, DevOps, and external stakeholders, you will triage requests, ensure release readiness, coordinate approvals, and drive execution. You will align priorities, manage risks and dependencies, secure required documentation and testing evidence, and continuously improve the release process—including coordinating application builds and deployments to end users (e.g., via Intune and EUD teams).
