Responsibilities include driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies to support standardized clinical and technology transformations across multiple organizations. Success in this role requires deep expertise in Prosci ADKAR, healthcare change initiatives, executive communications, and large scale training enablement.
